The MPU was initially designed for the Special Operations and SWAT communities that needed a smaller knife to strap onto the forearm, raid vest, or tuck into a boot. A skeletonized handle has attachment holes and offers a lighter & slimmer utility knife that is easily concealed or out of the way for most cutting chores. So if you are performing undercover drug work for the local Sheriff’s department or are working for the military forces in your daily job, this utility blade makes for a great neck, dive, and multi-purpose utility knife. Military and law enforcement personnel all like it because it will not rust from perspiration when carried around the neck or close to the body with a ballistic vest or body armor. The knife is offered in 100% specialized titanium construction and is also available in 440C stainless steel. A Kydex sheath and Tek-Lok attachment system is included for attachment to most military systems and vests. Detachable G10 handles with titanium screws are available. Mission also makes an optional PALS/MOLLE attachment system.
